Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pooja/yatra date are eligible for a full refund,
minus any payment gateway charges. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date are eligible for a
50% refund. Pooja kit orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund; once dispatched, standard
return policies apply. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
